OUR BETTY OF THE WEEK IS CARYSE MORRISON

This Betty of the Week hits close to my heart. Why? Because it’s my niece Caryse Morrison, aka @carysemorrison; she started working at our @UrbanBettySalon flagship location in August of 2022! We always joked that she would move to Austin one day and work at Urban Betty and to see it actually manifest is a dream for me. Unfortunately, she doesn’t wish to inherit the business (which I understand); she has dedicated her future to helping people. AND I am so proud. Caryse was accepted into the UT nursing program. LESS THAN 3% of applicants get accepted. She is the next generation, and she is smarter, more caring, and self-aware than I was at her age. She completed her first semester, and we love that we can have Monday family nights with her, where we usually order Chinese food and watch scary movies. I love this little lady with all my heart. The universe made a special person with this one. Here are just a few of the things that I love about her:

I wanted to be a dentist, but as I got older, I decided to pursue a nursing career.

I love to drink co

ffee, listen to crime podcasts, write, shop, and spend time with my friends/family!

✨If you could be a superhero, what would your superpower be?

Definitely shapeshifting or invisibility. I can’t decide between the two!
