What Makes Our Lash Extensions Different
We use NovaLash products, starring oil-based adhesive that’s gentle yet long-lasting, so your lashes stay soft, flexible, and beautiful for longer. This formula sets us apart from traditional lash glues, offering better retention and comfort with less rigidity.
We also offer a retail lash cleanser, formulated specifically to remove makeup buildup and residue from powders or oils that can collect along the lash line. Each cleanser comes with a soft brush for precise, gentle cleaning.

Currently, all lashes are a deep black, paired with our signature black glue. Our lash artists offer three customizable styles to match your mood and lifestyle:

Appointments & Refills
Your initial appointment will include a full set of customized lashes tailored to your desired look.
To keep them fresh:
- Plan for a refill every 2–4 weeks.
- To qualify for a refill, you’ll need 50% or more of your extensions still intact. Anything less, and we’ll recommend a new full set for the best results.
We also offer lash removal services and love to help you transition between looks seamlessly.
Before You Arrive
Please come to your appointment with clean, makeup-free lashes—no oils, mascara, or residue. This ensures your extensions adhere properly and last as long as possible.
We make your service experience as relaxing and luxurious as possible, complete with a heated treatment mat. However, because lash applications involve taping down your lower lashes and keeping your eyes closed for an extended time, we don’t recommend this service for anyone with claustrophobia or heightened sensory sensitivity.
Aftercare
You’ll leave with an aftercare card and spoolie brush to help you maintain your new lashes.
To keep them looking their best:
- First 24–48 hours:
- Avoid getting your lashes wet (this includes water, sweat, or humidity).
- Don’t touch, rub, or brush them while the glue is still setting
- Sleep on your back—side and stomach sleeping can shorten lash life.
- Cleanse daily with your lash cleanser and brush, pat dry (no rubbing), and brush through gently once a day.
- Skip mascara, eyelash curlers, and makeup wipes.
Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience any issues within the first 72 hours, we’re happy to adjust them at no charge. Beyond that window, shedding or fallout is typically due to natural lash cycles or at-home care.
For total transparency in May of 2020, instead of raising our service prices, we are implementing a small service charge (based on the price of complete services), to help cover the cost of employee benefits.

We repurpose and recover up to 95% of the resources once considered waste, such as hair, leftover hair color, foils, color tubes, aerosol cans, paper, and plastics.
