Chelle Neff has been a leader in the U.S. salon business since founding her own salon in 2005. She has over 20 years creating innovative practices in the salon, product, and beauty world. Since she founded Urban Betty she has successfully grown revenue year over year and has traded up locations to a space that houses over 25 employees.

Kim has an impressive background in customer service, but she continues to push the envelope by attending classes such as Front Desk Management offered at New York's Bumble and bumble University. Kim's most rewarding, yet challenging responsibilities in the salon are annual fashion shows and events hosted by Urban Betty, which she personally coordinates and directs.

Hallie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Photojournalism. Following a short career in the field of customer service she arrived at Urban Betty Salon. Here she put her awesome communication and creative skills to good use and quickly progressed from support staff to a marketing and managing position. Formally it’s Christina, but don’t worry, she’ll answer to either. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BA in Economics and minors in French and Business. After college she spent some time in sales and finance but with the help of her sister Suzanne, came to realize those industries weren’t what drove her creativity. Thankfully, styling, coloring and cutting hair came quite naturally for her, so she enrolled in the Aveda Institute of the Woodlands and never looked back.

Angie graduated from Paul Mitchell Corporate in San Antonio. After working in San Antonio for a year she moved back and worked at a salon in North Austin for six years.

Amanda was born and raised in Austin, TX. After graduating from Baldwin Beauty School in "08, she worked as an assistant to Beverly Hills platform artist, Katie Sasson in Lakeway, TX. In 2003, Jessica, a native Austinite, left the accounting department at an Internet company to embark on a career where she could express her creative talent. She graduated from the Academy at Austin, a Paul Mitchell Partner School, and became a true hair artist.

Maggie was raised in the outskirts of Washington D.C., in Northern Virginia. In 2009, a little over a year after graduating high school, she moved to Austin for a change of scenery.
