However, fate played its hand, and Hailey’s relocation to Austin didn’t allow for that due to the lack of mortuary schools. Undeterred by this setback, Hailey embraced her talents on the living, honing in on her skills as a makeup artist for nearly a decade. However, it wasn’t until she stepped into the role of salon management at Urban Betty that she discovered her fulfillment lies not in her own artistry but in the ability to empower others, guiding them along their own paths to success. When the salon doors close, you can find Hailey roaming amongst the tombstones in the city’s historic cemeteries or cuddled up with her wiener dogs listening to ghost stories.
