In 2020, Caitlin decided to embark on a new adventure and found herself in the heart of Austin, Texas. But before she even made the move, she knew Urban Betty was the salon of her dreams! Eager to join the Betty family, she applied for a position and voila, her dream came true! Since November 2020, Caitlin has been an integral part of the Urban Betty team, and she’s been doing wonders behind the chair for over five years.
