MADISON BERKS

Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Madison grew up in the hair salon environment, as her mother owned a salon for over 10 years. After Madison realized that the four-year college route wasn’t for her, she gravitated back to her roots and enrolled in the College of Hair Design in Lincoln. “I’d never been able to find my niche, and when I went to cosmetology school it felt so natural to me.”

Madison found a home at Urban Betty before she even found a home in Austin. She searched for top, luxury salons in Texas and when she found Urban Betty she decided to move to Austin. “I fell in love with the vibe of Urban Betty; it’s so free-spirited.”

Madison loves any type of brightening service, such as balayage, blonding, highlights, and dimensional hair.

When Madison isn’t doing hair or teaching one of her many associates, you can find Madison hanging by the pool, spending time with her wife, and playing with her three pups!
