It’s Never Just Been About Hair

Last year, I was chosen to train as  a mentor at the High Performance Salon Academy (HPSA), and this year marks my official step into the mentoring world..

Which still kind of blows my mind. But then again, this journey has never just been about hair.

In case you’ve never heard of HPSA, it’s hands down one of the best training programs in the country for salon owners. But what I love most is that it’s not just about numbers or strategy.

It’s about learning how to up-level as a leader… because when you do that, your salon naturally rises with you.

I’m surrounded by hundreds of other salon owners who are all committed to growing, evolving, and doing this industry differently – which is soooo inspiring.💡

We also meet up in person for 3 destination trainings a year, which honestly feels like a mix between a mastermind and a business reset button where we discuss new ideas, better systems and stronger leadership.

All of these incredible learnings come back home to Urban Betty and straight to our team and our guests.

Because everything I’m building, learning, and teaching always comes back to one thing: changing people’s lives.
