- HAIR BRUSHING TECHNIQUE IS KEY
Always brush starting from the ENDS. Detangle your hair by working your way up to your scalp to avoid the unfortunate case of literally ripping and tearing your hair apart. A one-way ticket to split end hell. I use a Wet TM brush on my hair after washing or a boar bristle brush when its dry to keep the hair shaft smooth and to keep from snagging on tangles.
Keep that new growth as healthy as possible by not stripping it constantly of its natural and very beneficiall oils. Wash your hair once a week shampooing only your roots.
Try Extentioniste Shampoo specifically formulated for growing longer, stronger hair.
If you have oily roots keep your favorite dry shampoo on hand. I love the moroccan oil dark tones dry shampoo because it doesn’t leave a powdery gritty residue.
With Every shampoo I tend to reach for a conditioning mask rather than a conditioner. My favorite one right now is Kerastase; Masque Extentioniste, a masque for long lengths to repair and strengthen damaged and split ends.
