Louren at Round Rock
Louren is a licensed esthetician at Urban Betty Round Rock, passionate about helping others feel confident, inside and out. Born and raised in Round Rock, Texas, Louren graduated from the Avenue Five Institute, where she built a strong foundation in skincare, waxing, and overall esthetic services.
She joined Urban Betty Salon in Round Rock because of the salon’s supportive, empowering culture and its commitment to professional growth. Louren specializes in expert waxing and eyelash extension services. Whether you’re looking for brow shaping, a full glam lash set, or to have the smoothest legs in town, Louren’s your gal for gentle waxing (yes, really!) and long lashes.
Outside of work, Louren enjoys relaxing with music and prioritizing self-care, believing that taking time for yourself is key to glowing skin and a peaceful mind.

Piper at 38th Street
Piper is a proud Austin local who grew up surrounded by the beauty industry. Inspired by her dad, a cosmetologist since high school, she always knew she wanted to follow a path where creativity and connection come together. That early influence shaped her passion for helping guests feel confident, refreshed, and truly cared for.
As an esthetician at Urban Betty Salon, Piper loves to do custom facials and brow waxing. She loves creating relaxing, calming facial experiences that feel like a true reset and is just as happy to have a fun yap session during a brow wax. Her excellent brow shapings and customized facial upgrades have every guest leaving feeling like a million bucks.
When she is not in the treatment room, you can find Piper playing outside with her dog around Austin or curled up at home watching horror movies with him. She brings that same warmth and laid back energy into every appointment, making it easy to feel at ease in her care.

Regan’s approach to esthetics is rooted in a holistic understanding of beauty and self-care. She believes that true beauty radiates from within, and her goal is to help her clients unlock their inner glow and embrace their unique features.
She believes educating individuals about proper skincare routines, product selection, and lifestyle choices that can positively impact their skin is important. Regan knows that empowering her clients with knowledge and tools is the key to maintaining long-term skin health and radiance.
Her hobbies include training jiu-jitsu, practicing aeriel arts, and dancing. She loves to try new things and believes growth comes from learning to be vulnerable and authentic in these experiences.
