ANNA-LEIGH SIEGERT
Director of Guest Experience and Marketing (she/her)
Anna-Leigh graduated from the University of Texas with an associate degree in Biology and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Her journey in the salon industry began early, starting as an after school receptionist at just 15, where she discovered a passion for guest experience and behind the scenes operations.
After moving to Austin from the DFW area for college, Anna-Leigh joined Urban Betty in 2019 and has grown alongside the salon ever since. She has worn many hats over the years, from Guest Coordinator Lead to Administrative Assistant and many others in between, gaining a deep understanding of every touchpoint of the guest experience. In 2026, she officially stepped into her role as Director of Guest Experience and Marketing, where she combines her people focused background with creative strategy to ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for.
Outside of work, Anna-Leigh loves cozy horror movie nights at home with her cats, soaking up the sunshine with a swim or a long walk, and getting creative with crafts alongside friends.
She also designs and creates accessories for her local small business, Not Bad Hot Stuff (@notbadhotstuff), and sell them in stores and at events throughout Austin.
