Self Care Season

As we head into the shorter days, pumpkin spice everything, and cooler weather (kinda sorta), it’s easy to want to hibernate, pop on endless hours of Netflix, and give in to that seasonal funk.

We at Urban Betty are prescribing you to self love and self care your way through the Holiday season. We’re here to remind you to take the time and effort to treat yourself with a little more kindness and positivity.
