On this Boss’s Day, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to our exceptional managers who make @UrbanBettySalon the success it is today.

Hallie (@halliem), thank you AGAIN for the gift of caring for everything and helping me not have to worry. Thank you for coming up with new ideas (i.e. the UB website stuff) that continue to help us evolve and grow.

Nicole (@nickukz), your attention to detail and the genuine care you show our staff is outstanding. You make everyone feel pampered and cherished. And your ability to take a task and convert it into a measurable spreadsheet is AMAZING.

Hailey (@sosuperhailey), I love your radical candor (wallpaper (9 ). The ability to say the truth when it matters makes you an excellent leader. Thank you for creating an atmosphere of trust and truth in our salon.

And a special shoutout to our future Round Rock manager, Morgan (@morgandetchon)- for her never-ending perseverance and dedication to helping us open our third location. She has made it her mission to get all of our new chairs put together at 38th. She’s done about a gazillion other things behind the scenes that keep our salons running smoothly and beautifully.
