The Betty of the Week is our Urban Betty Management Team; Chelle Neff (@urbabetty), Founder & CEO of Urban Betty; Hallie Spurlin (@halliem), CFO & General Manager of Urban Betty Salon; Nicole Kukla (@nickukz), Salon Manager; and Hailey Duran (@sosuperhailey), Salon Manager. These ladies work hard behind the scenes daily to motivate, inspire, and teach what it means to be a Betty!

✨Chelle Neff, Founder & CEO of Urban Betty. (Her real name is Betty Michelle, after her grandmother). She opened our first location in 2005 and is in the process of opening a third location in Round Rock in 2023!

✨Hallie Spurlin, CFO & General Manager of Urban Betty Salon, Hallie has done it all at Urban Betty! She began at the Front Desk and is now a shareholder. She is the person for go-to for advice about all things Urban Betty through her monthly personal development meetings with our staff!

✨Nicole Kukla, Manager, Nicole brings a sense of calm to the salon; she’s always smiling and ready to assist when needed. She has been with our salon company for almost seven years and is our in-house cheerleader; she always knows what to say to motivate #teambetty!

✨Hailey Vargas, Manager, Hailey started as an associate at Urban Betty and quickly moved into the position as a manager because of her candid yet empathetic nature. We are so excited to have her spirit, sense of humor, and the darkness (in a good way) that she brings.

✨All these women work hard behind the scenes, each bringing a unique talent, which is the core of what makes @urbanbettysalon one of the best places to work!
